Summary
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Dispute Manager to handle disputes across multiple fashion dropshipping stores.
This role is not entry-level.
If you do not have proven experience with dispute management in fashion dropshipping, please do not apply.
?? Important: We work exclusively with Credit Card payments via Shopify Payments. Experience with Shopify Payments disputes is mandatory.
About Us:
We operate multiple high-volume fashion dropshipping stores, generating $700,000 – $1,000,000 in monthly revenue.
We work with an international team and value clear communication, accountability, and results.
Your Responsibilities:
Handle and manage credit card disputes via Shopify Payments
Communicate professionally with payment processors and platforms
Collect, structure, and submit strong evidence for disputes
Ensure all disputes are actively followed up and resolved
Improve dispute strategies to increase win rates
Collaborate closely with our internal team
Requirements (Strict):
Proven experience with dispute management for fashion dropshipping
Hands-on experience with Shopify Payments credit card disputes
Strong understanding of chargeback reason codes and evidence requirements
Ability to manage high dispute volumes independently
Excellent written English communication
Highly motivated, structured, and reliable
Team player with a long-term mindset

Work Schedule:
5–6 days per week
Priority is full dispute coverage and timely handling

Monthly dispute volume handled in previous roles
