Dispute Manager (Shopify / Fashion Dropshipping / WOP)

About Us

We are a fast-growing US fashion dropshipping brand processing hundreds of orders every day. As we continue to scale, we're looking for an experienced **Dispute & Chargeback Manager** to take full ownership of our payment disputes and chargeback process.

This is **not** an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who has already handled disputes for a high-volume Shopify fashion store.

Your Responsibilities

* Manage all disputes and chargebacks through **WOP**.
* Review dispute cases and submit strong evidence before deadlines.
* Monitor dispute performance and identify ways to reduce chargeback rates.
* Work closely with our customer support and operations teams.
* Improve internal dispute processes and documentation.
* Help protect the health of our payment processing accounts.

Requirements

We're only looking for candidates who have **real experience** with:

* WOP (required)
* Shopify
* Fashion dropshipping
* Managing payment disputes & chargebacks
* High-volume ecommerce stores

**You must have worked for a fashion dropshipping store doing at least 150,000/month in revenue.**
