JOB OVERVIEW

Dispute Manager for Ecom Fashion Store

Hey there!
We’re looking for a Dispute Manager to join our Ecom Fashion Dropshipping Store.
We’re a fast-growing e-commerce company operating in the Usa.
This is a key backend position — you’ll be fully responsible for handling, managing, and winning disputes, while also preventing them from happening again.
We’re building a long-term team of A-players who want to grow with us — not just for a few weeks, but for the long run.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience successfully handling disputes in e-commerce or fashion dropshipping.
Proven experience winning disputes and building strong evidence-based cases.
Familiar with dispute reasons such as wrong sizing, long shipping times, poor quality, and miscommunication.
Ability to collect, structure, and submit strong evidence (e.g., tracking info, customer communication, product photos).
Experienced in working with payment platforms (PayPal, Stripe, Shopify Payments, etc.).
Strong communication skills for coordinating with:

The Order Issue Manager
The Customer Support team
The Supplier
Fluent in English for clear documentation and communication.
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented — you take ownership of every case.
Availability to work in the [insert timezone] timezone.

Your Main Tasks

Manage all incoming disputes from payment processors.
Investigate each dispute carefully and collect relevant evidence.
Build detailed dispute cases with screenshots, tracking, communication logs, and delivery proof.
Submit cases on time and follow up until each one is resolved.
Work directly with Customer Support and Order Issue Management to fix recurring causes.
Communicate with suppliers to verify shipment and product quality details.
Track dispute statistics and keep an internal record of all cases and results.
Implement prevention strategies to reduce future disputes.

Compensation & Bonuses

Base pay depending on experience.
Bonus structure for each won dispute — paid per successful case.
Weekly or bi-weekly payouts (depending on agreement).

What We Offer

Long-term position (we’re looking for someone to stay 6+ months minimum).
A structured environment with clear SOPs and templates for dispute handling.
Communication and task management via Slack.
Collaboration with a strong, professional team.
Growth opportunities as we expand into multiple stores and markets.

What to Expect After You Apply

If we think you’re a fit, we’ll send you a short video explaining exactly how we work, what your daily tasks will look like, and what we expect from you.
After watching the video, you can respond with your thoughts — and if it feels like a good match, we’ll schedule a call to discuss the next steps.

Important

Only apply if:
You’ve read this entire post carefully.
You meet all the requirements listed above.
You’re experienced with dispute handling in e-commerce (preferably fashion).
You’re serious about joining a long-term team that values responsibility and accuracy.
If that’s you — we can’t wait to meet you.
