Contacting sellers immediately after a property goes under contract and serving as a point of contact during the disposition process.
Reviewing property intake information from acquisitions and making sure all required information is complete and accurate before the property is marketed.
Identifying missing property details, photos, access information, condition information, occupancy status, showing instructions, and other items needed by the disposition team.
Working directly with sellers to coordinate property access and buyer showings.
Confirming showing appointments with sellers and prospective buyers and ensuring access instructions are communicated correctly.
Managing buyer inquiries and following up aggressively with interested investors.
Maintaining and expanding cash-buyer lists.
Posting and marketing available investment properties.
Tracking buyer interest, offers, showing activity, and feedback.
Keeping the CRM and disposition pipeline accurate and updated.
Coordinating information between acquisitions, dispositions, sellers, buyers, title companies, and transaction coordination.
Identifying problems or missing information early and escalating them before they delay a sale or closing.
