JOB OVERVIEW

PLEASE READ THE JOB DESCRIPTION AND THE DIRECTIONS!
We are looking for a results-driven Disposition Manager to help sell our deals quickly and build strong relationships with cash buyers.

Responsibilities
Market and sell off-market properties to cash buyers
Build and maintain a strong buyers list
Negotiate deals and maximize assignment fees
Coordinate with acquisition team to ensure smooth deal flow
Send out property blasts via email, SMS, and CRM systems
Manage follow-ups with interested buyers
Assist in closing transactions with title companies

Requirements
Experience in real estate wholesaling or dispositions
Strong negotiation and sales skills
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Podio, GoHighLevel)
Excellent communication (verbal & written)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Organized and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications
Existing buyers list (a plus)
Experience working with U.S.-based real estate markets
Knowledge of comps, ARV, and deal analysis
