JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable, organized Remote Truck Dispatcher to manage daily load planning and dispatch operations for Class A CDL drivers.
Responsibilities include finding and booking profitable loads and backhauls, negotiating rates, communicating with drivers, brokers, shippers, and receivers, tracking loads from pickup through delivery, and minimizing deadhead and downtime.
The dispatcher will also be responsible for collecting and organizing BOLs/PODs, fuel receipts, scale tickets, and other trip documentation, submitting completed load paperwork to our factoring company, maintaining accurate load records, and ensuring all required paperwork is complete and filed promptly.
The ideal candidate should be dependable, detail-oriented, an effective English communicator, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced trucking environment.
