HIRING: Dispatcher & Referral Outreach Coordinator (Home Renovation / Construction – U.S. Clients)

We are a growing Home Renovation & Construction company serving clients in New York, USA, and we are looking for a reliable, organized, and fluent English-speaking Dispatcher & Referral Outreach Coordinator to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who can confidently speak with American clients and industry professionals, manage schedules, support daily operations, and help us build strong referral relationships in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls professionally and communicate clearly with U.S. clients
• Schedule appointments, estimates, and job assignments
• Coordinate calendars, crews, and project timelines
• Keep customer communication organized by phone, text, and email
• Support daily dispatch and administrative coordination
• Make outbound calls to build professional relationships with referral partners such as:
• real estate agents
• property managers
• architects
• engineers
• and other industry professionals
• Introduce our company, maintain professional communication, and help create referral opportunities

Requirements:
• Excellent spoken and written English (REQUIRED)
• Strong, confident, and professional phone communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with American clients and business contacts
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Comfortable managing calendars, appointments, and communication workflows
• Basic understanding of home renovation / construction services
• Basic understanding of the U.S. market and customer communication style
• Experience in dispatch, customer service, appointment setting, or business outreach is a strong plus

• This is not a high-pressure sales closer role
• This role combines dispatch coordination with relationship-building outreach
• We are looking for someone who can represent our company professionally and help us build long-term referral partnerships
