Recording Requirements
The recording must be completed in English.

Position Summary
The dispatcher will coordinate drivers, vehicles, and passenger trips while maintaining excellent communication with passengers, healthcare facilities, transportation brokers, and our management team. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems calmly.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor the daily transportation schedule and ensure trips are assigned appropriately.
Dispatch drivers based on pickup times, locations, vehicle capacity, and passenger needs.
Communicate with drivers regarding assignments, delays, changes, and additional trips.
Answer calls from passengers, facilities, drivers, and transportation brokers.
Provide accurate estimated arrival times and trip-status updates.
Contact passengers and facilities to confirm transportation details when necessary.
Monitor driver locations and identify potential delays before they affect service.
Reassign trips when drivers are delayed, absent, or unavailable.
Coordinate same-day requests, rescue trips, cancellations, and will-call returns.
Confirm that wheelchair-accessible vehicles are assigned when required.
Accurately enter and update trip information in the dispatch software.
Document calls, schedule changes, cancellations, no-shows, and operational issues.
Immediately escalate a
Help reduce unnecessary mileage while ensuring passengers arrive safely and on time.
Protect passenger confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Complete shift notes and provide a clear handoff to the next dispatcher.
Required Qualifications
Excellent spoken and written English.
Clear, confident, and professional telephone communication.
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Excellent organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
Ability to work hours aligned with U.S. Eastern Time, including overnight hours in the Philippines.
Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, customer service, or call-center operations is preferred.
Experience supporting a U.S.-based company is a plus.
Experience with medical transportation or healthcare scheduling is a plus.
