About K&I Executive Security Group
K&I Executive Security Group is a US-based professional security services company providing guard services, mobile patrols, and site protection to commercial and residential clients. We operate a 24/7 centralized dispatch center supporting field officers across all client sites, with a growing national footprint. Our remote operations team spans multiple countries, and this role joins that team supporting US operations from the Philippines.
Position Summary
The Dispatch/Scheduler is the operational nerve center of our field operations. You will monitor guard check-ins in real time, verify onsite presence through our verification systems, respond to i
Key Responsibilities
Dispatch
• Monitor real-time guard check-ins and post coverage through VisionInsites (geofenced report submissions) and Celayix (timekeeping punches)
• Verify guards are onsite and on time; identify and act on missed check-ins, late arrivals, and no-shows immediately
• Respond to i
• Communicate with US clients professionally by phone and
• Maintain complete, accurate dispatch logs for every shift
Scheduling
• Build and maintain guard schedules in Celayix across all client sites
• Fill open shifts and coverage gaps proactively; coordinate with field supervisors on availability
• Ensure schedules comply with client contract requirements (post hours, headcount) and break compliance rules
• Flag scheduling conflicts, overtime risks, and licensing/guard card issues before they become problems
Requirements
• Fluent professional English, spoken and written — you will speak directly with US-based clients by phone. Clear, neutral, easily understood spoken English is non-negotiable, and a live English proficiency assessment is part of our interview process.
• 2+ years in dispatch, scheduling, workforce coordination, BPO operations, or a similar role (security industry or US-account experience strongly preferred)
• Strict adherence to escalation protocols — you raise issues up the chain immediately rather than sitting on them
• Reliable fiber internet, quiet dedicated workspace, and backup power and connectivity — power interruptions are not an acceptable reason for a dropped shift; a UPS or generator and mobile data backup are required
• Ability to commit to a fixed night-shift schedule aligned to US Pacific Time, with full accountability for your seat
• Proficiency with scheduling or workforce management software (Celayix experience a plus; training provided)
• High attention to detail in logging and documentation — our operation runs on evidence, not assumptions
What We Offer
• Stable long-term role with a growing US company
• Structured training on all systems (Celayix, VisionInsites)
• Consistent weekly hours and reliable payment
• Clear performance expectations and direct access to leadership
