JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Dispatch Coordinator / Field Operations Support to help manage and coordinate daily field maintenance operations across multiple properties.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and can efficiently coordinate tasks, timelines, and field resources while maintaining strong operational visibility.

Key Responsibilities
Dispatch and coordinate daily maintenance and operational tasks
Monitor task progress and ensure timely completion
Provide daily operational reporting and status updates
Track delays, escalations, and unresolved issues
Coordinate with field staff, inspectors, cleaners, and operations teams
Analyze routing, scheduling, and resource allocation to improve efficiency
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up within systems

Requirements
Previous experience in dispatching, operations coordination, or field support
Working knowledge of Breezeway and Hostaway
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and make operational decisions quickly
Comfortable working with high task volume and time-sensitive priorities
Experience in property management, hospitality, maintenance coordination, or logistics is an asset

Schedule
