JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for highly active, fast-learning ---------- community operators who can manage multiple accounts strategically and engage users across several groups.

Your main responsibility is to drive real, high-quality engagement by participating in conversations across ---------- . This includes answering questions naturally, contributing value to discussions, and guiding users toward our communities when relevant.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and operate multiple ---------- accounts across 4+ groups
Actively participate in conversations throughout the day on ----------
Find and engage in relevant discussions around health, weight loss, and GLP-1 topics
Subtly guide interested users toward our ---------- communities
Help shape conversations and maintain a strong, positive community presence
Continuously research topics (GLP-1s, trends, user concerns) to stay relevant

Requirements:

Strong, natural English writing skills
Deep understanding of ---------- and online communities
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously without losing authenticity
Fast learner who can quickly understand GLP-1 topics and community dynamics
Comfortable being highly active online for extended periods
Strategic thinking (knowing when and how to engage, not spam)
Experience in community management or lead generation


Nice to Have:

Interest or background in health, fitness, or weight loss
Familiarity with GLP-1 topics (e.g., Ozempic, Wegovy, etc.)
Experience handling multiple online identities/accounts
Have their own bank of ---------- accounts
Experience with working on Reddit

Salary:

1-month paid trial: $800 (after completing interview tasks)
Full-time offer: $1000/month based on performance
Preferred working hours: Mostly flexible, but should be active during US time zones (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT)
