US-based direct-hire staffing firm (healthcare/allied-health core, expanding into new verticals) is hiring a Director of Recruiting to own our ENTIRE delivery organization. Fully remote, Philippines-based, reporting directly to the founder — every recruiting lane, every recruiter, and the company-wide fill number are yours.
This is a staffing-agency delivery leadership seat, not a corporate HR/TA role. You inherit a live board of open US jobs and a small existing delivery team (including a recruiting manager), and you are accountable for one thing: jobs filled. You set the per-req fill strategy across the whole board, install the standards and cadence, coach and grow the team — and because we're a lean firm, you still personally recruit on the hardest, highest-value searches.
Responsibilities
- Own the company-wide open-req board: triage every US job, set a written fill strategy per req, kill or escalate stalled searches honestly.
- Lead the whole delivery org — the recruiting manager and delivery recruiters report to you; run the daily cadence, set quality-gated submittal standards per recruiter, and manage performance to them.
- Personally recruit full-cycle on priority searches: source, screen (live phone/video), prep, and submit.
- Build the machine: playbooks, screening gates, KPIs, capacity plan; recruit and onboard recruiters as volume grows.
- Report the truth to the founder weekly with numbers: pipeline, submittals, interviews, offers, fills — measured, never estimated.
Required
- 6+ years US staffing/recruiting delivery experience, with 3+ years leading delivery teams measured on submittals and placements — agency/staffing-firm side (BPO/RPO delivery centers serving US staffing firms count; in-house corporate TA does not). Leading team leads or managers is a strong plus.
- US healthcare staffing strongly preferred; allied health/imaging a major plus.
- Placements you personally closed — you can name specific placements (role, US state, salary) and walk through exactly how you filled them. There WILL be a detailed walkthrough on the interview.
- Tenure that holds: at least one 24+ month run at a single staffing employer.
- Excellent spoken English — you screen US healthcare professionals and coach everyone who does; live spoken check included.
- Fluent with ATS platforms, modern sourcing, and delivery metrics; can build a KPI dashboard, not just read one.
- Can work the fixed US night shift long-term with a reliable home setup (quiet room, headset, stable internet, backup power/data).
**Do NOT apply if:** your leadership is in-house corporate TA/HR (not agency delivery); you've led sourcing/CV-mining teams only and never owned submittals-to-fill; you cannot name specific placements you personally closed; you're a pure people-manager who no longer recruits; your spoken English isn't strong enough to screen US clinicians; or you can't commit to the fixed US night shift.
Why us: the whole delivery organization is yours — direct line to the founder, real authority over strategy, standards, and team build-out, competitive director-level base plus a placement-linked bonus tied to the fills your org produces, fully remote, long-term.
## APPLICATION QUESTIONS
1. The largest delivery organization you've led: company, your title, total headcount (and layers — did team leads/managers report to you?), what the org was measured on, and its typical monthly submittals + placements.
2. Name ONE placement you PERSONALLY closed in the last 2 years — job title, US state, salary, and how you found the candidate. *(Most important question — real specifics; we verify on the call.)*
3. Your longest single tenure at one staffing employer: company + number of months.
4. You inherit this board: ~20 open US direct-hire jobs (mostly healthcare/allied), a recruiting manager, and 2 recruiters; fill rate has been ~20%. In 5–8 sentences: your first 30 days, step by step, and the number you'd promise the founder for day 90.
5. Can you commit to a FIXED US night shift (~9:00 PM–6:00 AM PHT), Mon–Fri, long-term? (Yes/No + any constraint) And your home setup: internet speed, headset, quiet room, backup power/internet?
6. Current/most-recent monthly pay (PHP or USD), earliest start date, and a **30–60 sec voice intro** (link) introducing yourself as if opening a screening call with a US radiologic technologist.
