JOB OVERVIEW

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a high-performance Inside Sales Agent (ISA) with elite CRM management skills to act as the primary engine for lead conversion and the logistical hub for our real estate operations. In this role, you own the "Voice of the Business" and are responsible for turning raw interest into set appointments through aggressive outbound calling, meticulous follow-up, and CRM automation. You will manage the entire lifecycle of property showings and agent feedback loops while maintaining total data integrity.

WORKING HOURS: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST

DAILY WORKFLOW

System Audit & Lead Sync (11:00 AM – 1:00 PM):
- Audit lead generation from our VA who is doing the generation in new ad leads and engage with "hand-raisers" from social media comments/DMs to capture phone numbers.
- Address all GoHighLevel (GHL) responses and clean pipeline statuses specifically based on transaction data provided by our transaction coordinator (Director of TC).

Production, Newsletter & Logistics (1:00 PM – 4:00 PM):
- Showing Management: Coordinate with agents to schedule property access and ensure a seamless tour experience.
- Feedback Loops: Call every agent who accessed a listing for raw feedback; compile these notes into the "Weekly Seller Report" and send it to Graeham to manage seller strategy.
- Marketing Assembly: Receive high-end visual assets from video editor/content creator and strategic hooks to assemble and segment newsletter blasts in GHL.

Prime Time Conversion (4:00 PM – 7:00 PM):
- Execute outbound calls to hot leads and past clients while they are at home.
- The "Bridge Call" Protocol: You must initiate a call or text within 5 minutes of a recipient clicking a property link more than twice or a new lead syncing into the system.

The Closing & Review Loop:
- Wait 48 hours post-closing to confirm the client received their gift (wine or oil/vinegar).
- Ask and send them a link to do a review after closing.
- Execute follow-up check-ins 2–4 weeks post-close to ensure the client is settled.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY)
1. Voice Recording: Attach a Loom or Vocaroo link introducing yourself. We require tonal authority and professional, clear English. As the "Voice of the Business," your ability to build trust over the phone is your primary asset.
2. Success Metrics & Experiments: Provide a summary of your lead conversion experience. We want to see how you have tested different protocols (e.g., speed-to-lead times or CRM tagging strategies) to increase appointment set rates.
3. Conflict Resolution Scenario: In your application, explain exactly how you would handle two showing agents demanding the same 2:00 PM Saturday slot for a hot listing without escalating the friction to someone else.

TECHNICAL SKILL STACK
- GoHighLevel (GHL): Advanced proficiency in segmentation, tagging, and pipeline hygiene.
- Any.do & Box: Familiarity with workspace monitoring; we operate on a system where no task is marked "Complete" without verified proof of the asset or logged call. We can teach you this.
- Climbo: Experience with review management is a plus (we will train you on our specific review-capture script).

COMPENSATION
- Hourly Rate: Negotiable based on experience and verified conversion skill.
- Incentives: Bonus per closing starting at $40, with potential for performance-based increases as you hit conversion milestones.
