As the Director of Content Quality, you will be responsible for designing and implementing editorial systems, refining content-generation processes, and ensuring impeccable language quality across all deliverables. This role requires not only a deep understanding of language and style but also a hands-on familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs)—you’ll be working with them extensively to enhance and streamline our content production.
Key Responsibilities
1. Editorial Oversight: Develop and maintain high-level editorial guidelines, ensuring every piece of content meets rigorous quality standards.
2. System & Process Development: Refine and optimize content-generation workflows, integrating LLM technology effectively and responsibly.
3. Quality Assurance: Establish robust review protocols to guarantee consistency in style, tone, and accuracy across all platforms and mediums.
4. Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with writers, editors, and AI specialists to produce cohesive, high-impact writing. Offer training and mentorship to elevate the entire team.
5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of emerging language technologies, industry best practices, and academic research to stay at the forefront of content quality management.
Qualifications
1. Education: Master’s or PhD in English, or a related field with a strong linguistic focus.
2. Editorial Experience: Proven track record in a senior editorial or content-quality role, demonstrating expertise in maintaining high language standards.
3. LLM Familiarity: Comfortable working with AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar), with an ability to identify and address potential gaps or inaccuracies in AI-generated text.
4. Strategic Thinker: Capable of designing and evolving editorial frameworks to meet changing business and technological demands.
5. Communication & Leadership: Excellent interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams, provide constructive feedback, and champion high-quality output.
