JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing direct response skincare brand selling in Germany. We run paid ads on Facebook and Instagram at high volume and we need an editor who understands how content actually performs, not just how it looks.
What you will be doing:

Editing 5 to 10 videos per day
Formats range from 30 seconds to 5 minutes: UGC, native, talking head, AI-generated footage
You will receive complete briefs: script, B-roll, references, and examples of winning ads
You must understand what makes content feel native on Instagram and TikTok: pacing, captions, cuts, sound design

Tools you will use:

Your primary editing software (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci or equivalent)
Vmake: access provided by our company
Higgsfield: access provided by our company
HeyGen: access provided by our company
ElevenLabs: access provided by our company
Comfort with AI-generated footage and AI voiceover is required. You will be working with it regularly.

What we need from you:

Proven experience editing direct response ads or high-volume UGC content
Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok content codes. You know why some videos stop the scroll and others do not
Ability to follow a brief precisely and deliver on time every day
Common sense. If something looks off, you flag it before delivering. You do not wait to be told the obvious.
Someone determined, autonomous, and hungry to grow with a brand that is scaling fast

What this job is not:

This is not a creative direction role. Briefs are provided, you execute
This is not a wedding or corporate video role
If you cannot deliver 5 to 10 videos per day consistently, this is not the right fit
If you need your hand held for every small decision, this is not the right fit
