About the Role:
We're one of the fastest-growing direct-to-consumer supplement brands in the DACH market, with over 30,000 active customers and millions in revenue. We're scaling our creative team and looking for a high-caliber video editor to own our Meta ad output.
This is not an agency gig. You'll go deep on one brand, see the direct impact of your work on revenue, and have a clear path to leading the creative function.
Responsibilities:
- Edit 15-25+ direct response ad variations per week across hooks, bodies, and CTAs
- Work with UGC footage, AI-generated voiceovers, and animated content
- Integrate AI tools into daily editing workflows (voiceover generation, animated ads, AI-assisted editing)
- Tailor pacing and creative approach to diverse audience segments
- Partner with creative strategists and copywriters to execute high-performing scripts
- Review ad performance metrics and iterate rapidly on winning concepts
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated track record editing direct response video ads
- Native or fluent German proficiency (DACH market focus)
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools, or a strong drive to adopt them
- Data-oriented mindset - you understand ROAS, CTR, and what makes ads convert
- Ambition to grow into a Lead Editor or Creative Lead role
