Who we are
We're Lensa, a fast-growing DTC brand behind an ionic foot spa that's scaling hard on paid social. We live and die by direct response Meta ads. We're looking for one full-time video editor to become our in-house creative editing machine.

What you'll be doing
You'll be cutting direct response Meta ads - and only direct response. This is not corporate video, not wedding highlights, not YouTube vlogs. Every edit exists to hook attention in the first 3 seconds, hold it, and drive a sale. You'll work across every format we run:

UGC-style ads (creator footage, testimonials, talking head)
VSLs (long-form video sales letters)
Mashups (multiple clips, b-roll, stock, screen-recordings cut into one high-converting ad)
AI-generated video and voiceover ads
Volume is roughly 3 minutes of finished, polished ad footage per day. Some days that's one 3-minute VSL cut; other days it's several short-form ads. Speed and consistency matter.

You must be an AI wizard
This is non-negotiable. A huge part of this role is using AI tools to produce and enhance ads faster than a normal editor ever could. You need to be genuinely skilled with:

Higgsfield (AI video)
ElevenLabs (AI voiceover / voice cloning)
Plus whatever new AI editing tools are winning this month - you should be the person telling US about them
If you're not already deep in AI video and audio tools, this role isn't for you.

Multilingual ads
We run ads in multiple languages, primarily French and Dutch. You don't need to speak them fluently, but you must be comfortable and detail-obsessed about editing ads in other languages - matching captions, subtitles, on-screen text, and voiceover timing perfectly to a script you're given, with zero sloppy mistakes.

You communicate clearly in English (written) and check messages during work hours.
You want a long-term full-time home, not a side gig.
