JOB OVERVIEW

Seranova is looking for a full-time Direct Response Video Editor to join our remote creative team.

You’ll create performance-driven short-form ads for paid social, working across UGC, expert-led creatives, product footage, and AI-generated content, from stylized animation to cinematic, movie-style ads. This role is focused on performance: testing hooks, iterating on winning ads, and using data to continuously improve creative output.

What we’re looking for:

- Strong short-form editing skills (pacing, hooks, captions, etc.)
- Hands-on experience generating AI video and images as part of your workflow (e.g. Kling, Higgsfield, Seedance, or similar)
- Solid understanding of direct-response creative
- Ability to follow briefs and instructions closely
- A portfolio that includes AI-generated work

This is a fully remote, full-time position (40 hours/week, flexible schedule) with a competitive base rate + performance-based bonuses. This is a full-time, exclusive commitment: candidates should not be engaged in other client work or projects during their time with us.
