JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Direct Response Video Editor

About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced video editor to join our team creating direct response for our DTC fragrance brand. You'll be editing reaction videos, testimonials, and direct-response ads that drive conversions across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Edit 10-15 UGC videos per week from raw creator footage
• Create compelling hooks and maintain viewer engagement throughout videos
• Add motion graphics, text overlays, and visual effects
• Optimize videos for different platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
• Collaborate with creative team on video concepts and improvements
• Ensure brand consistency across all content

Requirements:
• 5+ years of video editing experience
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Motion graphics skills (After Effects preferred)
• Understanding of social media algorithms and video optimization
• Fast turnaround times while maintaining quality
• Experience with DTC brands preferred
• Experience with AI tools
• Portfolio demonstrating UGC and direct-response video work
