JOB OVERVIEW

We are an ambitious and rapidly growing e-commerce brand committed to building a strong presence in the online retail space. As we scale our advertising efforts, we are looking for a skilled and creative Direct Response Video Ads Editor to join our team.

Our marketing strategy relies heavily on compelling video ads designed to convert viewers into buyers. We need someone who understands the psychology of direct response advertising and has the technical skills to produce high-quality, engaging video content that drives results.

You will be working with our marketing team to create impactful video ads using pre-provided B-roll footage. Your ability to craft effective hooks, structure engaging narratives, and utilize AI tools to enhance creativity will be critical to your success. This role requires someone who can not only edit quickly but also deliver content that performs exceptionally well on platforms like Meta Ads.

We are particularly interested in candidates who are motivated to work exclusively with us and contribute to the long-term growth of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Editing direct response video ads using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar apps. Preferably (but not necessary) using only CapCut so that the rest of the team can make small edits if necessary.

- Crafting high-converting video ads with three hooks per video to maximize engagement.

- Utilizing AI tools like ElevenLabs and AI Personas to enhance creativity and delivery.

- Testing all videos on Meta Ads to evaluate performance and refine creative approaches.

- Collaborating with our marketing team to ensure video content aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.

- Continuously optimizing editing techniques to improve ad performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience editing direct response ads for e-commerce brands.

- Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.

- Familiarity with AI tools like ElevenLabs and AI Personas.

- Strong understanding of direct response advertising principles.

- Ability to work quickly and deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines.

- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team.

- Motivation to work exclusively for our brand and contribute to its growth.

- We're selling to the Scandinavian countries, as well as USA and UK. So it's important you're familiary with how video ads look and feel in those markets. Think TikTok and Instagram.
