Direct Response / VSL Video Editor — AI Specialist | $600–$1,400/month

We are looking for a Direct Response / VSL Video Editor who will specialize in making AI videos ONLY.

About the Role

Fast-paced DTC brand running high-volume creative testing on Meta. We want sharp, critical thinkers who move quickly and take ownership of the craft.

Core Skills

Fluent in the AI video stack — Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo, Pika, HeyGen, SyncSo, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Arcads (or equivalents)
Strong DR / VSL editing instincts — pacing, retention, visual emphasis, subtitles, hooks
Ability to follow a reference ad and recreate winning structures with our script and product
Creative eye for generating B-roll that reinforces the emotional beat of the copy
Organized, responsive, and consistent with deadlines
Strong communication in ---------- , Dropbox, and ---------- /Zoom

Responsibilities

Build ads from a script alone or from a reference ad structure
Modify, extend, and combine clips into seamless creative
Generate or source supporting B-roll and visuals
Deliver hook variations and revisions on fast turnaround

Expectations

40+ hours/week, 6–7 days during testing cycles
Long-term tea ---------- mber, not a freelancer jumping projects
