We're a 7-figure/month DTC brand that launched just 3-4 months ago and scaled aggressively. We're a small, lean team looking for a killer video editor who can help us dominate Meta with high-converting direct response ads.
This is a ground-floor opportunity. We're building out our video creative team from scratch, and the right person will grow with us—eventually leading the video department as we scale and bring more editors under you.

**Responsibilities**
- Edit short-form video ads for
- **Source your own B-roll** – authentic, engaging footage that fits educational/conspiracy-style storytelling
- **Use AI tools to create ultra-realistic B-roll and UGC/talking heads** (Runway, Veo, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, etc.)
- Work with raw UGC, voiceovers, product clips, and AI-generated content
- Follow direct-response frameworks for hooks, pacing, captions, and CTAs
- Create **educational, unaware-stage ads** with strong storytelling, stats, and engaging narratives
- Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects for max engagement
- Deliver in multiple aspect ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16) as needed

**Requirements (Non-Negotiable)**
- **2+ years editing DTC/e-commerce ads** (must have portfolio of ads that actually ran on Meta)
- **Proficient with AI video generation tools** (Runway, Veo, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Pika, etc.)
- **Can source your own B-roll** – you need to know where to find engaging footage for educational/storytelling ads
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut
- **Experience with conspiracy/educational-style content** (think supplement brands, unaware-stage storytelling, stats-driven narratives)
- Strong understanding of direct-response ad fundamentals (hooks, awareness levels, thumb-stop ratios)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and consistent
- **Full-time availability** – this is not a side gig
- **Enthusiastic and hungry** – we're looking for someone who wants to crush it and grow long-term with us
