We’re seeking a Direct Response Marketing VA who can manage the creative and advertising engine that powers our performance campaigns.
This role combines creative coordination and operational precision, making it ideal for someone who can move quickly, think strategically, and execute across multiple ad platforms. You’ll help turn great ideas into high-performing campaigns that reach millions of people.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate ad creatives, copy variations, and campaign assets across Meta, TikTok, Native, and YouTube Ads.
2. Manage content libraries, version control, and naming conventions for hundreds of creatives.
3. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Runway) to generate ad ideas, creative briefs, and content variations.
4. Upload and organize campaigns to ensure all ads meet compliance, platform specifications, and tracking requirements.
5. Track creative performance daily and report on winning hooks, formats, and angles.
6. Brief designers, editors, and copywriters based on data insights and performance results.

Requirements:
1. 1+ year experience in direct response marketing, media buying support, or creative operations.
2. Familiarity with ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or Native Ads).
3. Excellent organization and communication skills, able to coordinate multiple moving pieces.
4. Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Jasper) for content generation and creative ideation.
5. Strong understanding of direct response principles, including hooks, problem-agitation-solution, and curiosity-driven storytelling.
6. Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
