Job Description:
We are hiring a proactive and performance-driven Copy Lead to support DTC ecommerce brands through direct-response marketing. This is a freelance, fully remote role for someone who can help drive measurable growth across paid media and landing page performance. The role is full-time with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:
-Plan, launch, and optimize direct-response paid media campaigns for DTC ecommerce brands
-Write and refine performance-focused ad angles, hooks, and messaging based on customer awareness and intent
-Track daily performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, MER, CTR, CVR, and AOV, and make data-backed optimizations
-Build and manage a structured testing roadmap across creatives, offers, landing pages, and funnel steps
-Review and improve landing pages and purchase flows to increase conversion rates and reduce drop-off
-Create clear performance reports and turn data into actionable next steps and test priorities
-Collaborate with creative or production teams to brief, review, and improve ad assets based on performance
Must-Haves:
-Proven experience in direct-response marketing for DTC ecommerce brands
-Hands-on ability to manage and optimize campaigns from strategy through execution and iteration
-Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of performance metrics and funnel analysis
-Strong copy and messaging skills focused on conversions, including hooks, offers, angles, and CTAs
-Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and the ability to work independently in a remote freelance setup
Full-time availability of 40 hours per week

-Experience improving landing pages and conversion rate optimization beyond ad account management
-Ability to build structured testing plans and creative iteration systems
-Experience working in an agency or service-provider environment with multiple priorities
