JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a Direct Booking Marketing Specialist for vacation rentals to help grow my business by increasing direct bookings and repeat guests.

This is NOT a basic VA role—I’m looking for someone who can think strategically and execute.

Initial focus will be:
• Creating and managing email campaigns (I use Brevo)
• Marketing multiple vacation rental properties
• Helping build and optimize a direct booking website
• Connecting systems (I use Hospitable or similar tools)

Before moving forward, I’d love to learn more about your experience.

Please reply with the following:

A brief example of an email campaign you created (what was the goal + result?)
Any experience you have with vacation rentals or direct booking websites
What email marketing tools you’ve used and your level of experience
How you would approach getting past guests to rebook directly
Your availability (hours per week) and hourly rate
