JOB OVERVIEW

Digital marketing- Not limited to,
Open to more than one VA, for the roles to be split and VAs to work together and building a team of knowledgeable individuals to grow my ideas

Priority 1: The current “coming soon” website needs to become a useful lead-generation asset.

The landing page should include:
* Clear retreat positioning
* A compelling explanation of the experience
* A clear call to action
* First name and email capture
* Retreat priority or waiting-list sign-up
* Confirmation or thank-you process
* GDPR-conscious and Privacy consent
* Mobile optimisation
* Excellent SEO
* Appropriate tracking
* A clear next step for interested visitors

Retreats are for Yoga, Hikers, Women or men, menopause, any topic.

The objective is to begin building an audience to fill the retreat and to substantially grow the network before the first retreat is launched. Start building the website, e-commerce, affiliate link with Yoga download and Amazon, teachable, blogs.
I’m British based in Portugal. Sometimes necessary to use European Portuguese- with No Brazilian words.

The project is multi layered, I have tasks for juniors and seniors and I’m keen to find individuals who know their limitations and will work with me to delegate and grow

Priority 2: Meta and social infrastructure
Meta ads restricted issues, rejected appeal. I need help if this can be resolved /addressed ?
Clean up social media
Streamline pages
Maximise followers and engagement with or without limitations
Canvas posts
Reels
Regular activity generating attention and engagement

Priority 3: Google and SEO issues
Increase profile and seos
Remove issues and clean up what’s currently in place

Priority 4: writing Manuals guides for Yin yoga and how to grow a retreat business
Write a book follow through to launch
Knowledge of Amazon systems for book launch

Priority 5: Youtube
Clean what’s there
Grow the audience
Create edit videoed

Salary is dependent on experience
Lead VA to Junior
Projects can be from 1 day to years.

Happy to start with trial period of 5 to 10 hours
