Role Overview
As an AI, Automation, and GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling CRM systems, automations, and marketing campaigns. You will play a critical role in driving lead generation, campaign performance, and client success through technical execution and digital marketing initiatives.
You will work directly with AI-powered systems and automation tools to build scalable sales and marketing infrastructures.
Core Responsibilities
CRM, Automation & Systems Management
Manage and optimize GoHighLevel accounts, pipelines, and CRM data
Build and maintain automations, workflows, and triggers
Develop and deploy funnels, landing pages, and websites
Configure appointment booking systems and calendars
Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party tools via Zapier, APIs, and webhooks
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure seamless system operations
Maintain accurate CRM records, tags, and pipeline tracking
Provide ongoing system optimization and technical support
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Plan, build, and manage lead generation campaigns
Launch and optimize cold
Build and manage lead nurturing workflows and sequences
Execute cold outreach strategies, including cold calling support when needed
Research, identify, and qualify target leads and audiences
Monitor campaign metrics and optimize for conversions and ROI
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
Set up, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on:
Facebook
LinkedIn Ads
Google Ads
Build landing pages and conversion funnels for paid traffic
Experience with Instantly, Smartlead, Uphex, paid Meta and Google ads and SearchAtlas like tools for SEO and AEO.
Monitor performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROI
Conduct A/B testing and continuous campaign optimization
Implement retargeting and follow-up automations
Campaign Tracking, Reporting & Optimization
Track and analyze campaign performance
Generate reports and dashboards
Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization
Improve conversion rates across funnels and outreach campaigns
Support ongoing client growth initiatives
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Technical & Automation Expertise
Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
Strong CRM, automation, and workflow development skills
Experience with N8N, Webhooks, APIs, and Zapier integrations
Experience with Closebot, Thinkrr, or similar AI tools is a plus
Funnel and landing page design experience
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Experience running
Experience with cold
Lead generation, prospecting, and outreach experience
Understanding of conversion optimization and funnel strategy
Experience supporting cold calling workflows is a plus
