The Mission
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Digital Sales & Growth Executive VA to become the "engine room" of our sales process. You won’t just be doing data entry; you will be managing the lifecycle of our prospects from the
You will also support nurturing these prospects until they become clients.
Your goal is to ensure no lead falls through the cracks, and the Business Development Director / Trainer stays focused on high-level strategy while you handle the coordination and sales support
Key Responsibilities
1. Event & Webinar Ecosystem
- Lead Management: Bridge the gap between webinar platforms and our CRM (Zoho).
- The Follow-Up Machine: Execute a multi-touch follow-up process via LinkedIn and
- Prospect Qualification: Analyse attendee lists to their personas, size of deals and which ones to prioritise for follow-ups.
2. Sales Asset & CRM Coordination
- Proposal Drafting: Reviewing sales call recordings to extract "bones" (pain points, pricing, specific needs) and populating our formal proposal templates.
- Zoho CRM Hygiene: Maintaining a "Zero-Gaps" policy. Every lead must have a documented "Next Step" and a due date.
3. LinkedIn Management & Prospecting
- Inbox Triage: Managing the Business Development Director’s LinkedIn inbox, tagging hot leads, clearing spam, and responding to FAQs in the Director's voice.
- Social Selling: Engaging with key prospects by commenting on their posts to maintain "top-of-mind" awareness.
Outbound Sourcing: Building targeted prospect lists based on webinar engagement and beginning the process
4. Content & Logistics
-Content Implementation: Taking raw video/images provided by the Business Development Director to schedule weekly thought-leadership posts.
- Logistics: Managing calendar invites, "pre-work"
Required Skills & Experience
- CRM Mastery: Experience with [Zoho] is essential.
- LinkedIn Savvy: Deep understanding of LinkedIn etiquette and Sales Navigator.
- Copywriting: Ability to adapt to a specific "voice" and draft professional, non-templated, natural -feeling messages.
- High Attention to Detail: To ensure proposal drafts and follow-up drafts are relevant to the specific prospect, as we have an abundance of leads
- Sales Expertise: Sales Literacy: You must understand the sales funnel. You know the difference between a "Cold Lead," a "Warm Prospect," and an "MQL" (Marketing Qualified Lead).
- Contextual Drafting: You can listen to a sales call recording and identify the "Gap" where the client is now vs. where they want to be, and reflect that accurately in a written proposal.
Technical Requirements
- Stable, high-speed internet connection (with backup).
- Noise-cancelling headset for occasional sync meetings.
- Experience using Loom, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, AI and Zoho
