The Role:
This is an interior furniture sales consultant role with a key focus on selling local and overseas brands, while providing exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll be doing:
? Processing sales enquiries on a daily basis and adhering to Life Interiors selling standards
? Providing outstanding customer experiences by using your personality and skills to offer product and service advice to clients
? Adhere to Life Interiors’ standards and expectations
? Attempt to turn opportunities and enquiries into sales
? Working with clients via
? Work towards achieving company set KPIs and Benchmarks
? Consistent learning of product and supplier knowledge allowing you to become an industry expert
? Working closely with our customer service and warehouse teams
? Attempt to save order cancellations via effective negotiating and influencing skills and assist with customer refunds, returns and exchanges where appropriate
? Provide feedback to the Sales Manager
? Being a Life Interiors brand ambassador, representing and upholding our
reputation in the marketplace as an industry leader
? Providing feedback on how we can continue to improve our business, brand
and customer experience
? Working weekend shifts and flexible hours
? Positively contribute to the sales team and broader Life Interiors team culture
What we are looking for:
? 2+ years of sales experience in the furniture industry
? Committed to creating exceptional customer experiences
? Able to add to build upon on our customer-centric team culture
? Positive attitude & solutions focussed
? Self-motivated & results driven with great initiative
? Highly organised and pay attention to detail
? Computer savvy
? Great English written communication skills
? Thrive in what can at times be a stressful environment
? Have a continuous improvement mindset
? Friendly and out-going personality

What We Offer:
*Salary offered: TBD depending on experience
*13th month performance based bonus paid in December
*Annual performance and salary review every June
*HMO with an additional dependent
*10 days Vacation leave
*5 days Sick leave
*3 days additional PTO (Christmas day, New Year’s day, & Good Friday)
*Full-time day shift (9:00 am to 6:00 pm - Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT))
*Permanent work from home set-up
