JOB OVERVIEW

Brilliant Digital is a fast-growing Australian digital agency managing 80+ clients across websites, marketing, and ongoing support. We're a close-knit remote team that moves fast and holds high standards, and we're looking for a Digital Project & Support Coordinator to join our Operations Team.

This role sits at the centre of our delivery engine. You'll coordinate new website builds end-to-end, triage incoming support requests and get them to the right person (dev, content, data entry), and keep everything moving in Trello. You'll also be the go-to for internal tech questions, including tool access, WordPress troubleshooting, Cloudflare, Mailchimp, and similar. But beyond keeping things moving, a core part of this role is thinking ahead.

We need someone who spots patterns in problems, puts real solutions in place so the same issues don't keep coming back, and actively works to future-proof our processes and builds before things go wrong. This is not a design or development role. You won't be building the work; you'll be making sure it gets done correctly, efficiently, and on time, and that the systems behind it keep getting stronger.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Proven experience in project coordination, operations, or digital support, with agency experience preferred
* Strong, hands-on Trello experience for workflow and project management (non-negotiable)
* Working knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, Google Workspace, and Mailchimp
* Comfort navigating tools like Cloudflare, ChatGPT, and Claude
* Confidence in helping tea ---------- mbers through tech questions and tool onboarding
* A genuine problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify root causes and implement lasting fixes
* The ability to anticipate issues before they surface and put proactive measures in place
* Excellent written communication and the ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping anything
* A calm, methodical approach where you solve problems before they escalate

You'll report directly to the Operations Manager and have real ownership of how delivery runs day to day.
