We are a fast-growing digital agency working with entrepreneurs and businesses in North America. We build high-quality websites (WordPress and Shopify) and create digital marketing content.

We are looking for a reliable Digital Production Assistant who can follow instructions precisely and execute tasks efficiently.

This is not a strategy role. This is an execution role.

Required Skills

-Experience with WordPress
-Experience with Shopify
-Basic understanding of SEO (meta tags, keywords, internal links)
-Comfortable using Canva
-Comfortable using ChatGPT or AI tools
-Strong attention to detail
-Good written English
-Stable internet connection
-Ability to follow instructions exactly

Bonus:

-CapCut experience
-Experience working in an agency

Important

You must be:

-Organized
-Responsive
-Honest
-Able to meet deadlines
-Comfortable receiving direct feedback

We work fast. Tasks are clear. Expectations are clear.

Working Hours

Flexible, but must overlap at least 3–4 hours with EST (Canada time).
