### About the Role

We're a fast-moving digital products business looking for a sharp, self-directed all-rounder to help us rapidly launch and test new offers. You'll be the engine behind getting products live — but just as importantly, you'll be **building the systems and processes** so we can repeat what works at scale.

This is our first time running this kind of operation in-house, so we need someone who doesn't just execute tasks — they document, systematize, and improve as we go. If you've helped build a business from the ground up before, you'll thrive here.

### What You'll Be Doing

**GoHighLevel (GHL)**
- Build funnels, landing pages, and offer pages from scratch
- Set up automations, workflows, and email/SMS sequences
- Manage checkout flows, products, and pipelines

**Process Building**
- Document every repeatable task as an SOP as you go
- Build templates and frameworks so new products can be launched faster each time
- Proactively identify gaps in our workflow and suggest improvements

**Paid Ads & Traffic**
- Set up and manage ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram primarily)
- Monitor performance and flag what's working
- Iterate quickly based on data

**AI-Powered Content & Video**
- Use AI tools to generate copy, ad scripts, and content
- Create AI avatar videos for ads (HeyGen, Synthesia, or similar)
- Edit videos with captions and b-roll for social/ad use
- Build a repeatable plug-and-play workflow for new ad scripts

**Analysis & Iteration**
- Track funnel and ad performance
- Identify drop-off points and suggest fixes
- Help us kill losers fast and double down on winners

### Logistics & Communication

- **Must be available on US business hours** (EST or CST) — this is non-negotiable
- **Daily communication via WhatsApp or Slack** — responsive, clear, proactive
- **Weekly timesheets required** — submitted every Friday
- **Payments processed via Wise**
- Strong written English is a must — you'll be writing copy and communicating daily

### What We're Looking For

- Proven GoHighLevel experience *(please include examples or portfolio)*
- A **process-minded builder** — you write SOPs, create templates, and think in systems
- Comfortable with AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude, AI video/avatar platforms
- Video editing with captions and b-roll (CapCut, Descript, or similar)
- Experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager
- **Strong understanding of the US market** — you know what resonates with American buyers, what offers work, and how to speak to US audiences
- Fast, reliable internet connection

### Bonus Points

- Experience with digital product launches (courses, templates, SaaS, etc.)
- Has worked directly with a US-based entrepreneur before
- Familiar with prompt engineering or AI-accelerated workflows
