Role Overview
This role is responsible for building and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to attract new patients to our clinics. You’ll oversee performance across paid ads, SEO, and digital campaigns, using both proven methods and emerging tools like AI to maximize results.
Your success will be measured on one clear KPI: new patient growth.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Growth Campaigns: Develop and manage digital campaigns across Google Ads,
SEO + AI Integration: Improve organic search rankings and visibility using SEO best practices, enhanced with AI-driven tools and strategies to maximize efficiency and content quality.
Performance Marketing: Continuously analyze ad performance, cost per lead, and conversion rates to optimize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Landing Pages & Funnels: Create and test patient acquisition funnels, optimizing booking flows and landing pages for conversion.
Data & Reporting: Track, measure, and report weekly on performance metrics including leads, cost per acquisition, conversion rates, and—most importantly—new patient appointments.
Competitive Analysis: Research competitors and industry trends to ensure Corrective Chiropractic maintains a leading digital presence in every market.
Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and local clinic teams to ensure marketing aligns with overall business goals and patient experience.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of new patient appointments generated per clinic per month.
Cost per lead (CPL) and cost per new patient acquisition (CPA).
SEO rankings for high-value chiropractic keywords in each local market.
Growth in website traffic and conversion rates from digital campaigns.
Qualifications
3+ years experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in lead generation or patient acquisition.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads,
Familiarity with AI-driven tools for SEO, copywriting, and campaign optimization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Experience working with healthcare or multi-location businesses is a plus.
