JOB OVERVIEW

The Digital Operator is responsible for managing digital tools, inputting data, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting technical issues. This role bridges the gap between technical infrastructure and daily business workflows, ensuring all digital processes run without interruption.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Basic to Intermediate Background Level to Graphics or Digital Arts
- Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly diagnose software anomalies or workflow bottlenecks.
- Attention to Detail: High precision in data entry and quality control checks.
- Communication: Clear coordination with IT, development, or production teams.
- Education: At least High school diploma required; degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
