Jennie Wright Marketing & Strategy is hiring a highly capable, digitally fluent Virtual Assistant to support content, platform management, and backend execution across multiple client accounts and internal projects.
This is not a beginner VA role.
We are looking for someone who understands how digital businesses actually run.
You will be supporting a marketing and strategy company that works with events, podcasts, thought leaders, healthcare-adjacent brands, and professional service businesses. The work is detail-oriented, fast-moving, and visible to clients.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
You will support both internal projects and client-facing work.
This includes:
Content & Blog Support
Formatting and publishing blog posts in WordPress
Optimizing posts with proper headings, spacing, links, and images
Uploading featured images and graphics (created in Canva or provided)
Embedding videos, podcasts, and lead magnets
Ensuring posts are clean, consistent, and error-free
Social & Scheduling
Scheduling posts in Go High Level (GHL) and/or other platforms
Loading captions and images correctly
Ensuring formatting translates properly across platforms
Tracking publishing calendars
Double-checking links and CTAs
Canva Support
Making simple but polished graphics based on brand guidelines
Repurposing quotes into social graphics
Updating PDFs or slide decks with minor edits
Resizing assets for multiple platforms
Platform & Backend Support
Updating landing pages in WordPress or GHL
Loading lead magnets and automations in GHL
Testing forms and
Ensuring opt-ins and workflows function correctly
Managing shared team
Advanced VA Support
Creating SOP documents
Organizing Google Drive folders
Tracking deadlines and follow-ups
Supporting podcast uploads and show notes formatting
Light research as needed
Proactively flagging issues before they become problems
You are not just clicking buttons.
You are maintaining quality control across the business.
What We’re Looking For
This role is best suited for someone who already has experience supporting digital businesses and understands marketing context.
You must:
Be fluent in English (written and spoken)
Be confident communicating in Slack and on Zoom
Have strong WordPress experience
Be comfortable in Canva (not just templates — clean layouts)
Understand GHL basics (posting, scheduling, simple workflows)
Be detail-oriented and notice inconsistencies
Follow instructions carefully without needing constant reminders
Hit deadlines consistently
Work professionally and respectfully with the team
Bonus if you:
Have SEO familiarity
Understand podcast publishing workflows
Have experience with digital launches or summits
Can anticipate needs without being prompted
