JOB OVERVIEW

We’re an established UK-based e-commerce business with well over a decade of experience. We run multiple Shopify stores and are launching a new service-focused brand. As we grow, we’re looking for a highly organised and proactive full-time tea ---------- mber to help manage digital projects, oversee remote workers, and keep everything moving efficiently.

This is a long-term remote role for someone who can help us stay structured, spot gaps, and take pressure off the owner by keeping the team and tasks on track.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Project Management
- Break large projects into clear, actionable tasks.
- Use tools like Asana to assign, track, and update tasks.
- Follow up with tea ---------- mbers (e.g., developer, designer, SEO) to ensure progress.
- Monitor deadlines and flag delays before they become problems.
- Coordinate Shopify/WordPress tasks, content publishing, and marketing rollouts.
- Team Oversight
- Track whether remote workers are actively completing tasks.
- Collect and review work summaries or hours (where relevant).
- Provide weekly reports on team progress, performance, and any blockers.
- Help onboard new freelancers or contractors.
- Admin & Operations
- Maintain SOPs and create checklists for repeatable tasks.
- Help improve workflows (if something keeps going wrong, fix the system).
- Provide the owner with clear summaries and updates (cut through the noise).

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong written and spoken English.
- Previous experience managing digital projects or remote teams (bonus if e-commerce or web-related).
- Highly organised — you enjoy systems, structure, and accountability.
- Comfortable working independently and following up with others.
- Familiar with digital tools (Asana, Slack, etc.) or quick to learn.
- A proactive mindset — if something needs doing, you’ll step in and get it sorted.
