Digital Operations Manager (GoHighLevel | Websites | Automation | SEO)

We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us and help build the digital infrastructure behind multiple businesses.

Job Responsibilities

Website Development

* Build and maintain professional websites for multiple brands.
* Create responsive landing pages optimized for conversions.
* Improve website speed, performance, and user experience.
* Implement SEO best practices.

GoHighLevel & CRM

* Build and manage sales funnels.
* Set up CRM pipelines and lead tracking.
* Create automated email and SMS campaigns.
* Integrate booking forms, calendars, and payment systems.
* Manage workflow automations.

Marketing & Analytics

* Install and manage Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools.
* Optimize websites for search engines.
* Create landing pages for advertising campaigns.
* Monitor website performance and conversion rates.

Technical Support

* Maintain websites and troubleshoot technical issues.
* Manage domains, hosting, and integrations.
* Connect third-party software through APIs and automation platforms.

Project Management

* Track assigned projects using Trello or similar tools.
* Provide a weekly progress report every Friday.
* Recommend improvements that increase efficiency and conversions.

Qualifications

* Strong experience with GoHighLevel
* WordPress, Wix, or similar CMS platforms
* HTML, CSS, JavaScript
* Basic SEO knowledge
* Experience with automation tools and CRM systems
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently
* Excellent attention to detail

Preferred Skills

* React.js
* PHP
* Laravel
* MySQL
* Google Tag Manager
* Meta Ads integration
* AI tools for automation and productivity
* Graphic design experience (Canva is a plus)
