We are building a structured digital ecosystem that supports visibility, communication, and booking operations across multiple platforms.

We are seeking a reliable, disciplined, and detail-oriented assistant to support our digital operations and booking flow during the first month, with the opportunity to grow long-term.

Role Overview

This role combines digital operations, social media support, and booking follow-up.
You will help set up and manage platforms, publish provided content, and assist in closing and confirming paid bookings.

This is a high-responsibility, performance-based role that requires consistency, focus, and follow-through.

RESPONSIBILITIES – FIRST 30 DAYS

Week 1–2: Setup & Structure
• Create and/or organize company accounts on:
• Instagram
• Facebook
• TikTok
• Threads
• X (Twitter)
• LinkedIn
• Telegram
• ----------
• Ensure:
• Correct usernames
• Bio and profile consistency
• Proper account setup
• Organize and store login credentials securely

Week 3–4: Operations & Booking Support
• Publish and schedule provided content
• Maintain daily posting consistency
• Support basic engagement when instructed
• Respond to inquiries and follow up with leads
• Assist in closing and confirming paid bookings
• Track posts, messages, and bookings clearly

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Experience with social media platforms
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions precisely
• Reliable internet connection
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Comfortable working long hours consistently

NICE TO HAVE (Not Required)
• Experience with WhatsApp customer support
• Sales or booking experience
• Canva or basic design skills
• Interest in wellness or conscious projects
• Spanish language skills

WORK SCHEDULE
• Monday to Saturday
• 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Madrid Time)
• 60 hours per week

COMPENSATION
• USD $1 per hour
• + 5% commission on every closed and paid booking
• Commissions are calculated and paid only on confirmed payments
• Performance-based role

IMPORTANT NOTES
• First 30 days are a trial period
• Consistency and reliability are mandatory
• High performers may grow into higher responsibility and compensation
• This role is not suitable for short-term freelancers
