JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive digital marketer to join an investment migration and visa provider based in London, UK. This is a role that will require you to build and manage new websites using a range of available web builders. No coding skills are required but successful candidate will have to be creative and able to get basic websites up and live quickly. We require multiple websites for various products and businesses as part of the group. You will also takeover the management of our email marketing and Linkedin campaigns aswell as managing social media channels.

There is the option to make this full time if you like the job and do well or it can stay as part time if that works best for you.

What you'll be doing

Website
• Design and build a clean, professional website using WordPress, Brizy, or Squarespace
• Take full ongoing ownership of site maintenance, content updates, and performance
• Ensure the site is mobile-optimised, fast-loading, and structured for strong organic search visibility
• Implement and maintain basic on-page SEO best practices across all pages

Social Media
• Set up, manage, and grow our Facebook Business Page and Instagram profile
• Create compelling, on-brand content and maintain a consistent, structured posting schedule
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and help build an active online community

Email Marketing & Outreach
• Manage and optimise outbound email campaigns using Instantly and ManyReach
• Maintain clean, well-segmented contact lists and monitor campaign performance
• Draft professional, engaging copy that reflects our brand voice and drives responses

LinkedIn
• Manage and continuously optimise our ---------- pany profile
• Support outreach activity and help position the business as a credible, visible presence in our industry

Essential Skills & Experience
• Proven, hands-on experience building websites with builders such as WordPress, Brizy, Nexter or Squarespace
• Strong social media management experience across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Solid working knowledge of at least one email marketing platform (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, or similar)
• Excellent written English — professional, clear, persuasive, and adaptable in tone
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines without hand-holding
• Exceptionally organised, reliable, and consistent — you follow through on what you commit to
• A good eye for design and a strong instinct for brand consistency

Desirable (Nice to Have)
• Proficiency in Canva for content creation and branded graphics
• Working knowledge of SEO principles beyond the basics
• Experience using a CRM or lead tracking platform, ideally Go High Level (GHL)
