Digital Marketing & Website Specialist – Australian Specialist Medical Practice

*Part-Time | 15 hours per week | Remote | Philippines
*Australian business hours

We are an Australian specialist medical practice seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Website Specialist to manage and grow our online presence.

The role will primarily focus on:

- Website management and optimisation
- SEO strategy and implementation
- Google Ads setup, management and optimisation
- Google Analytics / Search Console and performance reporting
- Website conversion and lead-generation optimisation
- Content and website updates
- AI management

Essential Experience

You must have demonstrated this experience in previous roles. We are not looking for someone who has only completed courses or has general knowledge of these areas.

Importantly, you must have previous experience working with Australian healthcare, medical, allied health or similar regulated businesses and be familiar with the requirements and considerations involved in marketing healthcare services in Australia.

We will ask applicants to demonstrate this knowledge and provide evidence from their previous work.

Who We Are Looking For

- Proven hands-on SEO and Google Ads experience
- Strong website management experience
- Previous Australian healthcare marketing experience
- Strong written English and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and take ownership of the role
- Able to demonstrate measurable results from previous work

**Part-time:** 15 hours per week, ₱25,000 -30,000 per month, depending on experience

3. Practical example

Give an example of a healthcare advertisement, website statement or marketing claim that you have previously changed, removed or advised against because of advertising or compliance considerations. What was the issue?

4. SEO experience

Describe an SEO project you personally managed. What did you identify, what changes did you make, and what measurable results did you achieve?

5. Google Ads experience

Describe a Google Ads campaign you personally set up and managed. Please include the approximate monthly budget, campaign objective, conversion tracking used and results achieved.

6. Website management

What websites have you personally managed? Please provide examples and briefly describe what you were responsible for.

7. Results and reporting

What metrics do you use to determine whether SEO and Google Ads are performing successfully for a healthcare business?
