JOB OVERVIEW

Blue Insurance Group is a fast-growing, community-driven insurance agency based in Florida. We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant who can create, manage, and optimize campaigns that generate qualified leads.

Our focus is simple: turn marketing into revenue.

This role is for someone who understands how to:

Build campaigns
Generate leads
Track performance
Improve results

If you only know how to “post content,” this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation Campaigns

Create and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
Build and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search & Display)
Generate inbound leads for:
Homeowners insurance
Auto insurance
Life insurance

Set up and manage retargeting campaigns
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
Build and optimize landing pages (or work with templates provided)
Improve conversion rates (CPL, CTR, lead quality)
Track performance using analytics tools
A/B test creatives, headlines, and offers

CRM & Automation Support
Integrate leads into CRM (QQ Catalyst or similar)
Set up basic email/SMS follow-up sequences
Ensure leads are properly tracked and followed up

Content & Creative Direction
Write ad copy that converts (not just sounds good)
Suggest and help create ad creatives (images/videos)
Align messaging with our brand voice:
“Making Insurance Make Sense”

Requirements

Must-Have Skills
Proven experience running paid ads (Facebook & Google)
Strong understanding of lead generation funnels
Ability to read and analyze campaign data
Experience with landing pages and conversion optimization
Strong English communication skills

Preferred Experience
Experience in insurance, real estate, or local service businesses
Familiarity with:
GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or similar
QQ Catalyst or other CRMs
Experience generating U.S.-based leads

KPIs (How You’ll Be Measured)
Cost Per Lead (CPL)
Lead Quality (conversion to quotes/sales)
Number of qualified leads generated
Campaign ROI

Work Schedule
Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Must overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (at least 4–6 hours/day)

Compensation
Competitive base pay (based on experience)
Performance bonuses tied to leads & results
