Position Overview: Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant
Join us as a versatile Virtual Assistant, supporting key areas of our digital marketing operations including content, SEO, and website management.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Quality Checks: Apply a critical eye to AI-generated website content and blog posts, spotting errors and inconsistencies that need attention.
Link & Image Review: Prepare content for publication by verifying links are accurate and relevant, and using critical thinking to choose images that genuinely support and highlight the written content across landing pages and blog posts.

WordPress & Website Updates: Make edits to published content, update website templates, and carry out backend changes accurately.

SEO & Backlinking: Support our SEO strategy and help acquire quality backlinks.

Data & Admin Support: Handle data entry, collate information for client reports, and follow processes with consistency and care.
Must-Have Attributes:
Native-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
Problem-solving skills and a quick learner with an appetite for continuous growth.
Ability to perform tasks swiftly, accurately, and to a high standard.
Stable and reliable internet, basic computer literacy.
Availability to work 40 hours per week Mon-Fri in Australian Eastern daytime hours.
Honest person with integrity.
Nice-to-Have Attributes:
Experience in content writing, SEO, virtual collaboration tools, WordPress, or virtual assistance/administration.
