About Us
Cut to the Case ( ---------- ) is an online consulting interview prep course built by a former McKinsey interviewer. We've helped 130+ students land offers at McKinsey, BCG, and Bain. The course is priced at $69 with lifetime access and has strong word-of-mouth ---------- ntum. We're now ready to pour fuel on the fire with paid ads and content marketing.
We're a lean, fast-moving one-person operation backed by an LLC. You won't be buried in bureaucracy. You'll have real ownership, fast feedback loops, and direct access to the founder.

The Role
You'll be our first marketing hire. You'll own the setup and day-to-day execution of our digital marketing channels. This is NOT a "schedule some posts" role — you'll be building ad accounts from scratch, creating ad creatives, testing copy, and optimizing spend.

What You'll Do

Set up ad accounts on: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Create ad creatives: static images (Canva), short-form video ads (CapCut or similar), carousel ads
Write ad copy: headlines, descriptions, CTAs — we'll give you the angle, you write variations
Launch and manage campaigns: set up targeting, budgets, A/B tests
Monitor performance daily: CTR, CPC, ROAS — report weekly in a shared Google Sheet
Create and schedule organic social media content (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, Reddit)
Engage in relevant Reddit/ ---------- munities (authentically, not spammy)
Help with email sequences (welcome emails, abandoned cart, re-engagement)
Light landing page tweaks if needed (HTML/CSS is a plus, not required)


You're a Great Fit If You

Have 1+ years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads or Google Ads (not just boosting posts — actual Ads Manager experience)
Can show screenshots of past ad dashboards with real metrics (spend, CTR, conversions)
Know your way around Canva and can create clean, modern ad creatives quickly
Can edit short-form video (CapCut, InShot, or similar) — even basic cuts, text overlays, captions
Write clean English copy (doesn't need to be perfect grammar — needs to be punchy and clear)
Are comfortable working independently with minimal hand-holding
Are responsive on Slack/WhatsApp during agreed working hours
Have a bias toward action — you try things, test fast, and report what worked


Bonus Points (Not Required)

Experience marketing online courses or digital products
Familiarity with Teachable, Gumroad, or similar platforms
Experience with SEO or blog content writing
Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.)
Familiarity with consulting/MBA recruiting space
