About Us
We’re a U.S.-based marketing company that builds done-for-you marketing systems and websites for small businesses. We’re growing and need a resourceful, tech-savvy VA who moves fast and figures things out.

Your First Project: Launch Social Media for a Brand

Set up the accounts. Create and fully brand profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, connected under a Meta Business Portfolio. We’ll own the accounts and give you admin access.
Figure out the best way to create and publish content efficiently. Research and test tools such as AI writing and image tools, Canva, schedulers, and GoHighLevel’s Social Planner. Then build a simple, repeatable workflow for producing and scheduling posts.

Ongoing Work After the First Project

Build websites quickly using AI tools such as GoHighLevel AI Studio, Framer, Webflow, Lovable, or similar
Create and schedule content
Keep improving our systems as you learn better ways to do things

Requirements

Experience setting up and managing business social media accounts, including Meta Business Suite
Experience building websites, ideally with AI website builders or no-code tools
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield, etc.) to work faster
Resourceful: you can research a problem and find a solution without step-by-step hand-holding
Strong written English
Reliable internet and computer

Big Pluses

GoHighLevel experience (sites, funnels, Social Planner)
Canva, especially bulk create and brand kits
Automation tools such as Make.com, Zapier or n8n
A portfolio of websites you’ve built
