Cyber Civics is an established, teacher-led digital literacy curriculum for grades 4–8. We help schools teach digital citizenship, media literacy, and AI literacy in a practical, human-led way. We’re hiring a reliable Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to drive consistent execution across content and lead support—so we can book more school demos.
Responsibilities:
Social (LinkedIn-focused)
• Draft and schedule posts primarily on LinkedIn, also on FB and Instagram
• Create simple Canva graphics or format existing assets
• Maintain community engagement
• Add UTM links and maintain a basic posting log (date, topic, link, performance)
Blog + Content Repurposing
• Publish blog posts from outlines/briefs (you may draft sections; we’ll provide direction and edits as needed)
• Repurpose each blog into social snippets (pull quotes, short summaries, hooks, sliders, stories)
• Repurpose and edit our videos (already produced)
Forms + Funnels (Lead Capture + Follow-Up)
• Build and manage simple lead-capture forms (Wix forms an Google) for framework downloads, webinar registrations, and demo requests
• Set up and maintain basic funnels: landing page ? form ? thank-you page ?
• QA the funnel monthly (test submissions, confirmations, links, mobile layout) and flag issues immediately
• Add UTM tracking to all funnel entry points (social posts,
• Light optimization: propose 1 small improvement/week (CTA wording, form fields, page layout,
• Comfortable working with Wix Forms, Google Forms, and Constant Contact
Lead Support + Reporting
• Keep a simple weekly metrics snapshot (posts published, clicks, downloads, demo requests)
• Website content updates (Wix) as needed: buttons, basic formatting, embedding assets
Required skills
• Excellent written English
• Social media writing (especially LinkedIn) with strong hooks and CTAs
• Canva competence (clean layouts, consistent formatting)
• Comfortable publishing/editing in Wix
• Highly organized: can follow a checklist and hit deadlines consistently
• Basic SEO fundamentals (titles, headings, internal links, meta descriptions)
• Familiarity with UTM tracking and simple reporting
Nice-to-haves
• Experience marketing to schools/educators (K–12, EdTech, curriculum)
