Position Title: Digital Marketing & Systems Assistant
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Digital Marketing & Systems Assistant to support marketing, website management, and operational systems for a growing real estate business. This role requires someone who can build, launch, and maintain digital platforms while keeping marketing and administrative processes running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, launch, and maintain company websites and landing pages from start to finish, including layout, content uploads, and ongoing updates.
Manage and maintain Excel/Google Sheets trackers for leads, campaigns, and performance reporting.
Perform accurate data entry, database updates, and reporting to support daily operations.
Create, launch, and monitor digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Manage and grow social media platforms, including organic marketing strategies and understanding platform algorithms.
Implement and support SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, keyword tracking, and website performance improvements.
Help design and maintain automated systems and workflows for marketing, lead tracking, and follow-up processes.
Organize and maintain digital files, marketing assets, and campaign schedules.
Coordinate content posting, scheduling, and performance tracking across platforms.
Communicate clearly and consistently with leadership regarding task status, campaign performance, and project timelines.
Assist with professional, timely communication with prospective and existing clients when needed.
Qualifications:
Experience building and managing websites using platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar.
Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking, organization, and reporting.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media management tools.
Working knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to create and maintain structured systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
Background in real estate marketing or service-based businesses.
Familiarity with CRM systems,
Basic understanding of website analytics and conversion tracking.
