About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Support Specialist to assist our existing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, and has strong social media and digital marketing experience. You will play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives across New Zealand, Australia, and the United States with varied daily tasks, working closely with the existing Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
Social Media Support
- Create content in line with brand guidelines and schedule engaging social media posts across platforms
- Create and publish TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Assist with content planning and coordination
- Weekly Instagram posts to be created and shared to maintain our online presence
Newsletter Coordination
- Support the production of two monthly regular newsletters for ANZ (Australia New Zealand) + USA
- Communicate with internal tea
- Compile, format, and prepare newsletters for distribution
Website & Online Store Management
- Update weekly ANZ offer lists on our website
- Update stock quantities across NZ, AU, and US online stores
- Add new products and modify existing product listings
- Ensure product information is accurate and up to date
- Bonus if you have website development and server understanding
Marketing Collateral
- Creating marketing collateral as needed which could include coffee information cards, website imagery, flyers for events (on occasion)
Administrative Support
- Perform accurate and timely data entry
- Maintain organised marketing records and documentation for stock movement, KPIs and data collection
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in social media and digital marketing
- Strong understanding of content creation for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok,
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage and complete tasks without supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be comfortable working within New Zealand business hours 8am - 4.30pm NZT
- Comfortable with using different software and platforms (GoogleDrive, Microsoft Suite, WooCommerce, WordPress, Canva)
- Quick learner
