We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist (Social Media & CRM)
Fully Remote | Full-Time
Work Schedule: Eastern Time (Willing to work over the weekends)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop, implement, and manage engaging social media strategies across platforms
* Create and schedule content (posts, reels, stories) aligned with brand tone and campaign goals
* Plan and execute CRM
* Monitor campaign KPIs and engagement metrics (CTR, open rates, conversions, etc.) and optimize for better performance
* Collaborate with design and copy teams to produce compelling digital content
* Maintain CRM database and audience segmentation to ensure accurate targeting
* Track social media trends and emerging CRM tools to apply to campaigns
* Support lead generation efforts and nurture campaigns using automation when applicable
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media and
* Proficient in tools like Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms
* Strong communication, copywriting, and analytical skills
* Familiar with social media ad campaigns and CRM automation workflows
* Ability to work independently in a remote team setup
* Detail-oriented and passionate about digital trends
