We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist based in the Philippines to join our marketing team which spans across both Philippines and Sydney - Australia to contribute to growing leads in a cost-effective manner using high-impact campaigns.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive patient inquiries and enhance our online presence. This offshore role, based in the Philippines, focuses on search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM) on Google Ads and Meta paid ads campaigns along with a little bit of Tik Tok ads,

Key Responsibilities:
SEO & SEM: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings for cosmetic dentistry terms (e.g., “veneers near me,” “smile makeover”). Manage SEM campaigns to maximize visibility and drive leads via Google Adwords and Meta ads.
PPC Campaign Management: Create, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, ensuring cost-effective lead generation and high ROI.
Email
Content Optimization: Collaborate with content writers to ensure blog posts, landing pages, and social media content are SEO-optimized and aligned with patient pain points (e.g., aesthetic concerns, procedure costs).
Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools, providing weekly/monthly reports on KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, and cost-per-lead.
Social Media Support: Assist the social media manager with ad campaigns on platforms like Instagram and
Market Research: Stay updated on cosmetic dentistry trends and competitor strategies to inform campaign adjustments and maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration: Work closely with the offshore marketing team (e.g., content writers, graphic designers) and onshore marketing manager using Asana.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Google Ads and Meta Ads certification is ideal.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare, beauty, or aesthetic industries.
Skills:
Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner).
Expertise in PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising).
Experience with
Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics, or similar tools.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to craft patient-centric messaging.
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment with flexible hours to align with Australian time zones.
Technical Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and access to a computer capable of running marketing software.

Adhere to data privacy regulations, ensuring secure handling of patient-related data.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary marketing strategies and client information.
