Overview
We are looking for a sharp, reliable, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support day-to-day digital marketing operations for Tier 3 automotive dealerships. This is an execution-focused operational role.
While this role does not involve setting overall marketing strategy or creative direction, it does require independent thinking, strong judgment, and attention to detail. You must be able to understand the intent behind tasks, double-check your work, and complete projects correctly without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Asset Management
Upload and manage graphics and marketing assets for Tier 3 car dealerships using internal tools and/or third-party vendors
Coordinate with the graphics team to request, receive, verify, and properly deploy assets
Ensure all assets are correct, live in the right places, and removed on time when offers expire
Track asset changes and confirm completion — nothing should be assumed
Website Updates & Quality Control
Request and manage website updates from vendors or internal teams, including:
Holiday hours
Content updates
Landing page requests
Client-requested changes
Perform regular website checks to identify:
Errors or broken elements
Outdated offers
Incorrect information
Open, track, and follow up on support tickets until issues are fully resolved
Campaign & Platform Support
Add and manage ads in Google Ads and other third-party advertising platforms
Monitor basic budgets and ad spend to ensure campaigns are running as expected
Understand and verify basic Google Analytics data
Reporting & Client Presentations
Update marketing decks and client presentation materials
Accurately input performance metrics and statistics
Write clear, professional descriptions explaining results
Double-check all numbers and data before sharing — accuracy is critical
Project Management & Communication
Manage tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups using ClickUp
Monitor
Attend and actively participate in scru
Work closely with Account Executives to ensure all requested tasks are completed correctly and on time
Follow up proactively — tasks are not considered done until they are fully completed and verified
Required Skills & Experience
Strong attention to detail — mistakes going live are not acceptable
Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask questions
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of ClickUp (or similar project management tools)
Basic understanding of:
Google Ads
Google Analytics
Experience submitting and managing support tickets with vendors
Ability to create SOPs and train others on tools and processes
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
